At Art by KMF, every order is handled with care to ensure your artwork & merchandise arrive safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 10–14 business days.

  • Custom or commission pieces may require additional time; you will be notified of expected timelines.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and carrier rates.

  • We currently ship within Canada & the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly for a quote.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary by destination & carrier. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout.

  • Please note that unexpected delays with postal services, customs, or weather events are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package & item.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Local Pickup 

  • For customers in Kelowna, BC, local pickup may be arranged. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like this option.
